Popular South Korean-based rap star Jay Park, best known for the 2015 hit “Mommae,” has opened an OnlyFans account.

The “South Korean”Soju” recording artist joins previous collaborator Kim Petras on the service, specializing in adult-oriented content. The 37-year-old is the latest hip-hop act to join the platform that has generated millions for previous superstars.

The OnlyFans link was included in Park’s Instagram post on June 25: “Follow ya boi on @onlyfans #McNasty out June 30th.”

Fans have met the announcement with mixed reactions, leaving many to wonder whether the star is serious or simply stirring the pot as part of a playful marketing ploy. Jay Park is known for making bold moves in the music industry.

The venture into OnlyFans may be a way to attract attention to the upcoming release McNasty scheduled for June 30. Actor and WWE superstar John Cena also recently joined the platform to support his latest film.

So far, Park’s OnlyFans features thirst-trap photos, a video, and a teaser photo for McNasty. With McNasty set to drop soon, fans may not have to wait long to determine whether the OnlyFans mention was a serious announcement or a clever promotional tactic to drum up anticipation for his new project.

Jay Park first succeeded in 2011 with his debut album, While drinking coffee. He became a breakout star in 2018, collaborating with 2 Chainz, Vic Mensa, Rich The Kid, and more. The upcoming album marks his first in five years.

In either case, Jay Park continues dominating the conversation, proving once again that he knows how to intrigue the public. He released his latest single, “Season 2,” last month to positive reactions.

Other rap stars with OnlyFans accounts include Tyga, Cardi B, Iggy Azalea, and more.
