A judge has sided with Keke Palmer and granted her full custody of her son and a temporary restraining order against Darius Jackson.
We previously reported that according to docs, obtained by TMZ, the actress is seeking full custody of her son, Leodis Andrellton Jackson, with Daruis Jackson. The petition reportedly states that Keke is willing to pay the “reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth” and she’s also asking the court order her baby father to assist with attorney fees and expert fees.
Keke has also put a restraining order against Daius, according to reports. Palmer claimed that she has security footage which shows an incident in which Jackson “trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent” and “threatened” her before “lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone.”
She claims there have been many instances of physical violence with [Jackson] that include, “destroying my personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, throwing my belongings into the street, throwing my car keys to prevent me from driving away, hitting [me] in front of our son, spewing profanities about me to our son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse.”
