Jeannie Mai has reportedly asked the judge not to enforce her prenuptial agreement with her soon-to-be ex-husband, rapper Jeezy.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the talk show host claims that she did not have enough time to thoroughly review the prenup before signing it.

She also alleges that Jeezy did not start negotiating the agreement until just five days before their wedding in March of 2021.

Reportedly, Mai argues that the “compressed timeframe” raises “significant concerns about the adequacy and thoroughness of the due diligence process and each party’s ‘full and fair disclosure’ of their financial positions.”

Mai has concerns over Jeezy’s “financial disclosures” because he allegedly “only handed over one personal financial statement with approximate values and tax returns.”

“Notably absent were the comprehensive supporting financial documents that would provide a transparent and detailed view of Mr. Jenkins’ assets, liabilities and overall financial standing,” the court documents read.
