Ross reached out to Drake, who responded with “like eight laughing emojis.” The situation remains “no face, no case,” as Drake hasn’t confirmed if it’s him in the video.
Jay-Z Grammy Speech
During the Grammys, Jay-Z criticized the Recording Academy for overlooking his wife, Beyoncé, highlighting the historical lack of recognition for Black artists. Despite her numerous accolades, Beyoncé has never won album of the year. Jay-Z indirectly addressed ongoing frustrations with awards shows like the Grammys, saying, “Some of you may get robbed. Some of you don’t belong in the category.”
Latto & Ice Spice Beef
Recent events suggest a brewing feud between Atlanta and Bronx rappers, which started subtly but has become more apparent. Ice Spice’s latest single seemed to target her rival, prompting Latto to respond by featuring Ice’s image with covered eyes on her album cover. Social media teasers from Latto, along with Ice Spice’s music video playing in the background, fueled speculation among fans. Ice Spice’s track “Think U The Shit (Fart)” added to the tension. Ice addressed the situation on Twitter, leading Latto to shoot a video in Ice’s hometown, The Bronx. Latto’s upcoming single, “Sunday Service,” hints at potential confrontation, keeping tensions high between the two camps.
Sexyy Red Films Music Video After Birth
Earlier this week, Sexyy Red announced the birth of her second child in a bold Instagram post, posing confidently in her hospital gown with the caption “Sexyy Mama back bthc.” The post received a mix of reactions. However, Red didn’t stop there; she also took to Twitter to share her excitement, linking to her new music video for “Bow Bow Bow (F My Baby Dad),” filmed in her hospital room. In the video, Red is depicted dancing, twerking, and even flashing outside the window, seemingly shortly after giving birth.
