The Vince Staples Show premiered on Netflix over the weekend with fans asking for more and Vince Staples telling them to pressure the streaming giant to buy more episodes.
“Netflix didn’t buy anymore episodes so make sure you hit that double thumbs up,” Vince Staples replied to a fan on X asking where are the other episodes. “Peer pressure works and I’m tryna re up.”
The show was announced in September 2022 with a five-episode debut season premiering last Thursday (Feb. 15) on Netflix. The series debut features a cameo by Rick Ross. Over the weekend, Staples replied to fans of the new show.

Between polls and comments, Vince shared behind-the-scenes information and ideas for a potential season 2.
He told a fan asking where he was raised, “I never went to Lakewood high but we did film some of The Vince Staples show on Bellflower Blvd. Now streaming on Netflix.”
He wants to shoot in Compton for Season 2. “If I get season 2 I’m tryna film in the Compton Courthouse,” he replied to a fan.
