GloRilla has clarified the motive behind her recent trip to the White House, emphasizing that it had nothing to do with politics.
On Monday, March 18th, GloRilla visited the White House to participate in a Women’s History Month event. She later shared a video on her Instagram account, showcasing photos and videos with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
In her video with Biden, the rapper starts singing “Yeah Joe!” to the tune of her song, “Yeah Glo!”
In response, President Biden humorously jokes, “Well, that’s Joe, but yeah, you!”
The rapper recently sat down for an interview on CNN. She talked about her recent trip to the nation’s capital and was questioned if she had been asked to help with getting people to vote.
“That ain’t got nothing to do with me, know what I’m saying. Like, I’m just living my life like it’s golden,” she began singing.
“But you know, I’m not going to talk politics but I love the president. I love everybody,” she added in and ended her statement with “At the end of the day, the day gotta end.” We can’t be mad at that Glo!
