Jeezy and Jeannie Mai’s divorce finalized.
Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that the estranged couple have reached a resolution in their divorce proceedings. The pair has reportedly submitted a request to finalize the matter under seal, keeping the details confidential.
The finalization comes after a messy back and forth between the two, including reports of cheating, physical assault, and lies. In a previous statement, Jeezy expressed, “the decision to end this chapter in my life was not made impulsively and comes with a heavy heart.
“Despite this, my love and respect for Jeannie remains and the time we spent together holds a cherished place in my heart.”
He continued: “Our beautiful daughter is the best gift from our relationship. I am committed to assuring she feels the love and stability she deserves. During this period, I kindly request that you respect our family’s privacy as we focus on healing.”
The couple tied the knot back in 2021 with a private ceremony at their home. Jeannie, who is most known for being one of the hosts of daytime talk show The Real, gave birth to her first child in 2022 with Jeezy.
Neither Jeannie nor Jeezy have addressed the divorce finalization as of yet.
