Future gets dragged into reality TV drama after being mentioned in the ongoing divorce proceedings between Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams and estranged husband, Simon Guobadia

According to inTouch, Guobadia demands Porsha answer several questions under oath, including a possible relationship with Future, real name Nayvadius DeMun Cash, during their marriage. Simon, 60, has presented a list of questions for Porsha, 43, to answer.

He has asked her to admit or deny whether their prenuptial agreement was unfair and unreasonable. He also wants her to address whether she married him for his money.

He also wants her to admit or deny if she was ever truly in love with him. Another question asks Porsha to explain her understanding of why Simon paid her a five-figure monthly allowance during their marriage.

Future isn’t the only man Simon is curious about. He further questioned her relationships with a man named Kelvin, her ex Dennis McKinney, and another man named Jonathan. Sources close to Porsha allege that she does not know Future.

Porsha filed for divorce in February after 15 months of marriage and demanded that their prenuptial agreement be enforced. She also insisted that Simon vacate the $7 million mansion they shared. The prenup allegedly stipulates that Simon must leave the property until the divorce is finalized.

The judge has temporarily granted Porsha exclusive use of the home. Simon filed a motion to find Porsha in contempt of court for failing to turn over requested documents.

“To date, the Wife has willfully and intentionally violated this Court’s February 22, 2024 Standing Order by refusing to turn over her mandatory discovery pursuant to the Fulton County Rules,” Simon’s motion stated.

Simon accused Porsha of violating the court order by not providing the requested documents. He also argued that the prenuptial agreement is not enforceable, claiming it does not meet legal criteria. Simon’s motion asserted that the agreement was not a result of a mutual understanding, that its terms are unconscionable, and that the circumstances have changed since its execution, rendering it unfair and unreasonable.

He pointed out that Porsha’s income has significantly increased due to her agreement with True Entertainment, LLC/Bravo/NBC Universal/Truly Original, which was not anticipated when the prenup was signed.

The judge has yet to rule on Simon’s request for sanctions. Porsha has not yet responded in court but continues to film Real Housewives of Atlanta amidst the ongoing drama.

Future is set to hit the road next month with Metro Boomin’ on their “We Trust You” tour. The tour supports their two new albums, which were released in April. Future announced a new mixtape in May, but it has not yet been released.
