Usher reveals the real reason all his tweets on his X account were deleted.
Fans speculated that Usher may have deleted his tweets because of Diddy’s arrest– however, he quickly shut that down. “Usher just deleted all of his tweets. The Diddy tapes are about to send hundreds of celebrities to prison…” reacted one fan.
Following the speculation, Usher writes via X, “Account got hacked and damn y’all ran with it! [laughing emojis]. See you tonight at Intuit Dome..”
We previously reported that Diddy has been taking into federal custody in New York. According to TMZ, Homeland Security found Diddy at a Midtown hotel late Monday evening. He was arrested him for racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Both of Diddy’s attempts at bail were denied.
Since the arrest, Diddy has reportedly been put on suicide watch. His lawyer Marc Agnifilo told TMZ, his client is”not at all suicidal,” calling him, “strong, healthy, confident and focused on his defense.”
“He is not a perfect person. There has been drug use. He has been in toxic relationships,” Agnifilo said during the court hearing, according to NBC News. He says his client is receiving “treatment and therapy for things that he needs treatment and therapy for.”
Diddy was denied bail after the judge ruled him a “danger.” He is currently being held at MDC Brooklyn waiting trial.
Method Man Speaks:
Method Man has been one of the few celebrities to speak out regarding Diddy’s case.
TMZ caught up with the rapper and asked his opinion on the state of hip-hop following the arrest. “People are saying this is the end of hip-hop as we know it,” a NYC reporter told Method Man.
“I don’t think it has anything to do with Hip-Hop, what are we talking about here, really…? It (Diddy’s arrest) has nothing to do with Hip-Hop … at all. So, I don’t see the correlation whatsoever. If we’re talking about creative and stuff like that … They’re are people still listening to R. Kelly’s sh*t.” I don’t think it has anything to do with Hip-Hop.”
