Diddy now faces five new lawsuits as his legal battles move onward, accusing him of sexual assault, drugging, and issuing death threats against alleged victims. According to Page Six, court documents show that an unnamed woman (19 years old at the time) alleges that the mogul raped her in his hotel room after receiving an invite to a 2004 photo shoot. During the “more exclusive party,” the woman was brought to a “separate room off from the main party,” where she claims she and her friend were assaulted. Diddy then allegedly warned he would “have them both killed” if they refused to cooperate.

In a separate filing, a male plaintiff alleged that Diddy committed aggravated sexual assault in a Macy’s stockroom back in 2008. The man stated that Diddy, along with two bodyguards, threatened to “kill” him while the entrepreneur reportedly assaulted him. Another man came forward with allegations that the mogul drugged and assaulted him in a van following a 2006 White Party, claiming the artist ignored his cries for help, assuring him he’d “be alright.”

Diddy Denies 1995 Assault Claim Amid Ongoing Charges

A fourth woman has accused Diddy of raping her at a 1995 party for Biggie Smalls’ “One More Chance” video, claiming he “violently struck her,” slammed her head into a wall, and assaulted her again before the alleged rape occurred.

The Bad Boy Records founder has consistently rejected all allegations following his arrest in September. He was charged in New York with sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. After pleading not guilty, he remains in custody without bail in Brooklyn.
