Candace Owens has targeted Beyoncé and JAY-Z, accusing the power couple of evading accountability for their alleged connections to Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In a fiery critique, Owens called on them to address these supposed ties while delivering a sharp assessment of Beyoncé’s current cultural standing.
“This has been flagged on Instagram as fake news and taken down. It’s called False Information,” Owens claimed, referencing a post removed from the platform. The removed post involved an assertion that Beyoncé had been paid to speak at a Houston rally for Vice President Kamala Harris, which Owens alleges Beyoncé and her mother used their influence at Meta to suppress.
The controversy escalated as Owens accused Beyoncé of losing her cultural relevance, saying the star no longer wields the influence she did a decade ago. “Ten years ago, Beyoncé and JAY-Z telling us who to vote for would’ve mattered,” Owens remarked. “But now, it doesn’t. Actually, it’s annoying.” She directed her comments to Beyoncé, adding, “Listen to me, girlfriend, because I know you’re watching. You don’t need to text from your mommy’s burner account on Instagram.”
Owens didn’t stop there, shifting her focus to JAY-Z and his rumored association with Diddy. “If you want to start being authentic,” she suggested, “maybe give us some answers about Diddy’s parties. Your husband’s been close with him.”
She concluded her tirade with a pointed warning to Beyoncé. “I’d really caution you to see which way the wind is blowing, girlfriend. Because it’s not in your favor.”
The provocative remarks have ignited heated discussions online, with fans and critics alike weighing in on Owens’ accusations and their implications for Beyoncé and JAY-Z. Whether the couple will address these claims remains to be seen, but the controversy has added yet another chapter to the ongoing public scrutiny surrounding them and their associations.
