42 Dugg was met by authorities while getting off of a private jet in Memphis.
According to reports, the arrest is connected to a firearm charge after allegedly firing a gun in an Atlanta gun range. He was sentenced to six months in a federal prison camp in West Virginia but failed to appear. Dion Hayes, professionally known as 42 Dugg, could face up to 5 years in federal prison for allegedly absconding his initial sentence.
The rapper’s legal troubles come shortly after his feature on the deluxe edition to Future’s new album ‘I NEVER LIKED YOU’ with Lil Baby. Dugg also recently released a joint album with EST Gee, which was initially announced back in February at a CMG label press conference.
