DMX FOREVER!

It hasn’t been a year since DMX passed, but it still feels like it happened yesterday. The hip-hop community continues to mourn the tragic loss.

DMX’s fiancée, Desiree Lindstrom, shared a throwback photo of DMX. X gave his queen some PDA in the flick, a rare site to see from the “Where The Hood At” rapper. In the caption, Desiree wrote,

“You may be out of my sight, but never out of my mind! I miss you dearly baby!#ForeverX.” Take a look:

DMX’s career started in 1998, and throughout it, he sold over 74 million albums. He made groundbreaking history dropping five No. 1 albums from ‘98-‘03. He’s the first and only rapper to attain this achievement. He also had a successful movie career, landing roles in classics like Belly, Cradle 2 The Grave, Romeo Must Die, and more.

He passed away at White Plans hospital on April 9 after suffering from a drug-induced heart attack. He left behind his fiancé Desiree and 15 children.

What did DMX mean to you?
