Joe Budden doesn’t think Nicki Minaj should release new music right now.
Although, there’s been plenty of talk on the internet about Nicki Minaj, and how much her fans miss her, Joe doesn’t think Nicki would benefit from dropping an album right now. During a recent conversation on his podcast, Joe expresses that he felt like DJ Khaled shouldn’t of released his project last week because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
He says, “Did you not just hear everything we said about Khaled dropping during COVID? You want Nicki to drop right now? Nicki, I love you, I wish you and your family well, and that’s what I got.”

Nicki Minaj gave birth to her first child back in September of 2020. We haven’t heard or seen much from her on social media, or through music but its safe to say she’s happily raising her baby boy and will return to music when the time is right.
