The debate continues over the recent 2Pac biopic, and this recent news has many people shocked if it is proven accurate.
Demetrius Shipp Jr. was ultimately tapped to play the legendary rapper in the movie with mixed reviews. But one can only wonder how the film would look if Young Buck took the role.
No seriously. Yes, G-Unit Young Buck.
He revealed the news during a recent interview with DJ Smallz.
“I think the guy who played Pac, we need to check his birth certificate,” he said. “People don’t know this, but I was supposed to play Pac. I was supposed to play Tupac Shakur. I didn’t get as far as going and reading the scripts and things of that nature, but I actually was lined up as one of those guys that was considered to play 2Pac. I was almost told I was already given the role without the audition, until Pac himself came around.”
Whoa!

Speaking of 2Pac a letter of his is being auctioned in which he reveals he broke up with Madonna because she was white.
“For you to be seen with a black man wouldn’t in any way jeopardize your career, if anything it would make you seem that much more open and exciting.” He later wrote, “but for me at least in my previous perception I felt due to my ‘image’ I would be letting down half of the people who made me what I thought I was.”
