In the first episode of Game Changers, get to know Marley Dias.
Marley started a program called #1000BlackGirlBooks that showcases books that feature black girls as the lead character. Her inspiration to create these kind of books came after being discouraged when not being able to find books with characters she could personally relate to.
She sits down to tell us her story.
