This is a tragic story…
We reported earlier, Chicago rapper King Von died after being involved in a shooting at an Atlanta nightclub.
TMZ reports the shooting happened earlier this morning (Nov. 6), outside the Monaco Hookah Lounge in downtown Atlanta. Gunfire was exchanged between two groups of guys who were arguing with each other.
An off-duty officer was working at the club and an on-duty cop was patrolling nearby, which is how authorities got involved, according to the report. Police opened fire while confronting the gunmen.
The report claims in total, six people were shot, including three who remained at the scene and were transported to the hospital by EMS. The other three reportedly fled the scene but ended up at the hospital. Three people in total died, including King Von. No police were injured.
It’s still not clear who shot who, authorities are still investigating.
Asian Doll aka Asian Da Brat is heartbroken by the news and shared a message online. It appears King Von and Asian Da Brat were romantically involved. Asian posted a video of King Von holding her and in the caption she said,
“Come Hold Me Again Von…. I Can’t Do It Without You I’m Empty I Juat Wanna Close My Eyes & Never Open Them Again.”
