Commissioner Joseph Spano of Westchester County Correction has told TMZ that the rapper’s visitation privileges have been revoked and states that recording videos and taking pictures during visits are prohibited. He also got in trouble for not wearing a mask during the video visit.
In December, Casanova turned himself in to the police for his alleged connection to gang-related crimes. He has reportedly pled not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit racketeering, firearms possession, and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
He is currently awaiting trial.
