The hymen conversation has returned….
On the latest episode of T.I’d Family Hustle, Deyja Harris opened up about the hymen situation. Last year before the episode aired, T.I was on a podcast and spoke on how he handles conversations about sex with his children. T.I admitted that he goes to the GYN with his daughter, who was 18 at the time, to ensure that her hymen is intact. Deyjah claims that this has been going on since she was about 14 or 15 years old.
Now that the episode aired, the conversation is sparking criticism on T.I’s parenting skills. In the episode, Deyjah admitted that the situation has “traumatized” her. She was also hurt and embarrassed.
She also said that since the ordeal, she has given her dad space and says that he’s not a bad father, she needs to take care of her mental health.
