Harlem’s very own SNS dropped the deluxe version to his summer release of Not A Humble Summer Vol. 2.
This version has an additional seven songs, including a feature from Harlem veteran rapper, Jim Jones. We asked SNS how did he connect with the OG and they’ve known each other for over a decade. Jim is like a mentor to SNS.
“I Met him through my pops but as I got older and I started to blossom with the music, He started to show me a lot of love. We Simply chopped it up and spoke on finally getting a record done being that he kinda owed me this verse since 2010 (laughs).”
Sometimes artists switch up the album cover when they drop the deluxe version, which is what SNS did. He explained the meaning behind the cover art:
“It’s A Summer Image Of An Old Store We Use To buy A Bunch Of Mixtapes From Called “Harlem Music Hut” A real classic store that brought a lot of people out So I felt that was the best way to describe my non humbleness for this season.”
