There’s a possibility new Pop Smoke music will drop this year.
After Pop’s posthumous album, Faith dropped, fans didn’t want new music from the rapper’s label. Hot New Hip Hop points out fans felt Faith arrived too soon. Other fans online said Pop’s last album “wasn’t him” and criticized the content.
Take a look at social media reactions:
That’s fucked up on the label, chasing the bag while the artist was shot dead. That’s why independent is the way.

Every time I listen to Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon I always think about how Pop Smoke was on pace to change his style and dominate the mainstream music lane.

Fans love Pop’s initial projects, Meet The Woo 1 and Meet The Woo 2. In addition, his debut album, Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon.
There still hasn’t been justice for Pop. Four suspects are facing charges. Corey Walker was arrested for murder and robbery. The other three suspects’ identities haven’t been revealed because they’re juveniles.
On February 19, 2020, Pop was killed when armed intruders busted through the second-floor balcony of his Hollywood Hills Airbnb mansion around 4:00 a.m. P.T. Pop was reportedly in the shower when the intruders came in and took his life in a botched robbery.
