The 2020 BET Awards is set to continue as planned but with a twist.
It has been announced by the show’s organizers that the ceremony will be held virtually. They also ensured that they will be using different techniques to put on a good show for everyone watching at home.
The president of the BET network, Scott Mills, said that “recognizing the unique role the BET Awards plays for so many, and the challenging time we find ourselves in, we know it was more important than ever to deliver the BET Awards in 2020.”
The BET Awards are set to air on June 28th. As of now the nominations have not been announced.
