Tekashi 69 got jumped by a group of men while inside a South Florida LA Fitness. Video footage captured the beatdown, Tekashi tried to fight the men off but it was too many of them. The injuries were so brutal, Tekashi had to be rushed to a hospital by ambulance. Pictures show Teshaki’s face is swollen, and he also suffered injuries to his jaw, ribs and his back. It’s not clear what caused the attack. As we all know, 69 was granted early release from federal prison after snitching on his gang, which put several of his gang members behind bars
