In May of 2022, Philadelphia rapper Armani Blanco White released his much anticipated single “Billie Eilish.” Fast forward fifteen months later and ‘Armani Blanco’ is signed to Def Jam, the song is gold-certified in America and Poland, Platinum in Canada, and quadruple Platinum in Australia. White performed Billie Eilish with N.O.R.E. at the BET Awards, and then dropped a remix with him, Ludacris, and Busta Rhymes all after being a viral sensation with more than one million videos made by users on TikTok featuring the song.
This song has brought Armani White to the mainstream, and it would’ve never come out unless Billie Eilish herself cleared the usage of her name. In a May 2022 interview with HOT 97, White describe the Eilish reposting a snippet of the song before it was releases as a “monumental moment” noting that it “brought him tears” because he thought the song would never come out.

On August 5, 2023 – Armani White finally took the stage with Billie Eilish and performed Billie Eilish in front of 40,000 fans in Montreal, Canada at Osheaga Music and Arts Festival in a full circle moment for the song. Armani White told HOT 97 “As crazy as it was. Billie’s really good (at) disarming the people around her and making things feel natural. You’re just on stage having fun with and you look up to 40,000 people screaming your song.”
According to Ras, Armani’s assistant, White gifted Billie a chain as “thank you.” White credits Billie Eilish for “unlocking the door to alternative for me. Creating a record like that and being embraced by her opened a world beyond hip hop.”

The Philly rapper went from never having a post get a million views to more than one million posts using his song. The original snippet of Billie Eilish was posted in February of 2022, in August of 2023 the song is still making headlines.
