Harve Pierre is reportedly being sued for sexual assault, grooming and negligence.
According to Rolling Stone, the former president of Bad Boy Entertainment is being sued by his ex-assistant for using “his position of authority as [her] boss to groom, exploit, and sexually assault her.”
The report comes one week after P. Diddy, owner of the label, was sued for sexual assault, domestic violence and more from his former signee and girlfriend, Cassie.
Pierre is being accused of “using his position of authority as the plaintiff’s boss to groom, exploit, and sexually assault her,” court documents obtained by the Rolling Stone state. “Pierre engaged in a year-long pattern of grooming plaintiff, leading to sexual harassment of plaintiff, and sexual assault.”
Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records, and Combs Enterprises are all named as co-defendants in the lawsuit. She is reportedly asking for damages that “fully and fairly compensate” her.
