DaBaby responds to online speculation that as a result of being blackballed, his album has low sales.

It was reported that new DaBaby’s album Baby on Baby 2 is projected to sale 16K in its first week. Social media argues that the sales are arguably low considering his last project, Blame It on Baby back in 2021 pushed 124,000 units and debuted at No. 1.

The rapper shared a screenshot of his projected album sales and says, “not bad for da blackballed Baby,” he wrote. Meek Mill also chimed in and suggested, “they blatantly black balling da baby,” Meek posted. “Not my business but ima observer.”

Boosie also shared his opinion via Twitter. “Ain’t no way my nigga @DaBabyDaBaby supposed to sell 16k after selling almost 150k his last first week he one of the BIGGEST n this sh*t I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON BUT SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY GOING ON..”
