DC Young Fly’s thanks fans for their support following the passing of his longtime partner and mother of his three children Ms. Jacky Oh! passes away at 32.
In a statement to PEOPLE D.C., Young Fly expresses, “we thank everyone for their well wishes and ask for privacy during this difficult time.”
We previously reported that BET Media Group issued a statement which read, “we are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N’ Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed,” it begins. “Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children. The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time.”
Jacky and DC began their love story back in 2015 when DC joined Wild ‘N Out. Jacky was working as a Wild ‘N Out Girl at the time, began dating the comedian shortly after. They have three children together, daughters Nova and Nala, and son Prince.
May she continue to rest peacefully.
