Here’s an update on G Herbo’s federal fraud case.

As reported in the Chicago Tribune, G Herbo pled not guilty in a video conference. He appeared virtually from Los Angeles. According to the report, Herb is allowed to remain free on an unsecured $75,000 bond — meaning G Herbo didn’t have to post any money himself. His manager, Joseph “JB” Bowden, signed a $25,000 cash bond that he has to post before Herbo can travel out of California, according to the report.

Earlier today, it was revealed that G Herbo’s fiancè Taina is four months pregnant. Herb’s lawyer wanted to make sure his client would be able to travel so he can see his family and take care of his music business.

Prosecutors also named Herb’s ex and the mother of his son, Ari Fletcher as a witness in the case. Herbo was ordered not to speak with her about the case.

The article says Herbo is facing six years if convicted.
