Kanye West’s ex-bodyguard wants to put out a “tell-all” series about Ye.
Steve Stanulis, a former NYPD officer and the ex-bodyguard to Kanye wants to release documentary about Kanye. Stanulis said two Hollywood streaming services are interested. He said one offer is willing to get the project started next month. Stanulis said, “They see this as a ’48 Hours’ for real or a ‘Lethal Weapon’ for real.
Stanulis worked with Kanye in 2016. Reported on Page Six, Stanulis plans on talking about some of Yeezy’s wildest moments like his meltdown on the set of Saturday Night Live. The ex-body guard claims he has “untold stories” about Ye. He said, “Every day was a new adventure. There are a ton of stories I haven’t told.
Last year Stanulis revealed the “Good Life” rapper was the “neediest, moodiest and worst tipper” of any star he’d worked for. Ye and his ex-wife Kim Kardashian threatened to sue for $10M. They called his comments “false and defamatory. Stanulis fired back with his legal team and threatened to countersue.
Stanulis claims he and Kanye used to have a good relationship. Things started to go sour after Stanulis slammed Kanye in a 2016 interview with a UK publication. Kanye threatened to sue Stanulis, claiming he signed an NDA, but Stanulis denies that. He was eventually fired for allegedly flirting with Kim.
