LeBron James sends a heartfelt message to his son, Bronny, as he returns to the courts.
We previously reported that LeBron confirmed Bronny suffered a cardiac arrest while at a USC workout.
In a statement, the James family explains- “(Monday) while practicing Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest,” the James family said. “Medical staff was able to treat Bronny and take him to the hospital. He is now in stable condition and no longer in ICU. We ask for respect and privacy for the James family and we will update media when there is more information.”
“LeBron and Savannah wish to publicly send their deepest thanks and appreciation to the USC medical and athletic staff for their incredible work and dedication to the safety of their athletes.”
Bronny has since recovered and returned to the court. He made his USC debut last night as he played against Long Branch State 49ers. “an’t even tell y’all how EMOTIONAL today was for me! I’m literally drained and all I can say is @bronny you’re simply INCREDIBLE!!” LeBron writes via Instagram.
“Damn the wins and loses that will occur. You’ve already won the ultimate goal/championship and that’s LIFE!!! Proud of you kid and today you’ve given me more life! Thank you and I love you..”
