Young Dolph’s autopsy report was released.
According to the West Tennessee Regional Forensic Center, Young Dolph was shot 22 times. A news source points out Dolph was shot all over his body; forehead, temple, face, right back, center back, left-back, right arm, left arm, left chest, left abdomen, right chin, right neck, right wrist, and right shoulder.
Dolph was shot to death at Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies on Airways Blvd. near Ketchum Rd. on November 17, 2021. At the time, Dolph was visiting his favorite bakery in his hometown in Memphis.
Justin Johnson, aka “Straight Drop,” was charged in connection to the case. He was on the run for nearly two months until U.S. Marshals tracked the 23-year-old down in Brazil, Indiana, on January 11. Cornelius Smith, 32, was also charged in connection to the case. Rolling Stone points out they both pleaded not guilty to the first-degree murder during a hearing last month. The outlet points out their next hearing is on March 24.
