Spanish-language music is the second most consumed language in the English market as English-language content has declined 3.8% since 2021 based on the measurement of the top 10,000 songs.
According to new reports, while English still makes up 88.8 percent of U.S. music consumption, Spanish-language music now makes up 8.1 percent. Latin music consumption in the US grew 24.1% with 19.4 billion on-demand audio streams in 2023.

Research now shows that 25% of music listeners in the United States who are 13 years and above reported that they listen to Spanish music, despite the fact that Hispanics comprise only 19% of the total population.
