Tyga allegedly owes $1.3 million in outstanding payments as a result from a 2016 lawsuit over a Lamborghini Aventador and a Bentley Mulsanne, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.
The media outlet reported that Choice Motors Credit won the lawsuit and was awarded a default judgment, forcing the rapper, whose real name is Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson, to pay $390,000 in outstanding payments for the 2013 Lamborghini and $91,000 for the 2014 Bentley, a total of $481,000. Over the years the amount grew with interest and the company now wants a total of $1.3 million from the “Ayo” rapper.
This isn’t the first time Tyga got himself into legal trouble regarding his vehicles. In 2019, Midway Car Rental filed a lawsuit against the California native claiming he owed $441,000 for a Ferrari and a Rolls Royce. Both vehicles ended up being repossessed. The company demanded a total of $127,000. The case was settled after the rapper agreed to a payment plan.
Tyga recently reunited with Chris Brown for his latest single “Nasty.” The long-time collaborators are known for delivering hits after hits together, including “Loyal” with Lil Wayne, “Deuces” with Kevin McCall, “Do It Again” with Pia Mia, and more. They also joined forces for their 2010 mixtape Fan of a Fan.
