Usher responds after Nia Long says she “regrets” missing his show in Las Vegas.
Nia Long says via Twitter, “my only regret this year is missing @Usher in Vegas (sad eyes emoji).” In which Usher replied, “don’t worry, I’ll be back in Vegas on 2/11 (winky face emoji).”
While fans assumed Usher was referring to his Las Vegas residency- he wasn’t. He was instead referring to his upcoming Super Bowl halftime performance. We previously reported that the NFL and Apple Music announced that Usher will be serenading football al over the word fans during that halftime slot. The Super Bowl is scheduled to air February 11, 2024.
“I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before,” Usher said. “Thank you to the fans and everyone who made this opportunity happen. I’ll see you real soon.”
