Actor Jabari Banks sits down with Ebro in the Morning and talked the new season of his hit show Bel-Air, working with Will Smith and his new music.
Banks says of the new season, “Will has matured a lot, and I think he’s ready to take the opportunities that Bel-Air is presenting to him and really run with it, especially as we see that he’s leaving basketball for the summer and getting into his entrepreneurship bag. I think that’s a moment that we’ve never seen in Will, the original, or this new one. This is new territory that we’re charting, which is exciting.”
Banks also talks his new music. He released a new single titled “Weekend Drive.” Banks says he got his start in music as he grew up singing in church, and eventually joined a choir class in High School. He also attended a Theater-Arts school.
Season 3 of “Bel-Air” premiered Thursday, August 15 with three new episodes on Peacock. New episodes drop weekly on Thursdays.
