During her headlining set at the TwoGether Land Festival in Dallas, Texas, on Saturday evening (May 25), Summer Walker invited rising star 4Batz to join her on stage. 4Batz surprised Walker with a new Louis Vuitton as a token of appreciation for her support.
“I just want to thank you for bringing me out,” said 4Batz as he paused her set. “I got a little gift. I don’t know if you’ll like this, ya know, but I did make a song about it. So I’m just leave this right here. Listen, Dallas love you, I love you, and I’m just leave it at that.”
A gracious Walker replied, “Period. Thank you. He so nice ya’ll. He always doing it for the girls.”
4Batz performed his hit song, “act ii: date @ 8,” as the headliner watched from her throne. Tink also appeared during Walker’s set, and the two were previewing their upcoming collaboration, which drops on May 31.
TwoGether Land is a new annual two-day music festival presented by One Music Fest in Dallas, Texas. The inaugural event featured headliners such as Lil Wayne, Summer Walker, Latto, Key Glock, The Dream, and Gucci Mane.
4Batz has become one of the biggest new stars in today’s music. His viral hit, “act ii: date @ 8,” gained him consignment by Drake, Ye, and Timbaland. He signed a licensing deal with OVO in March and released his debut EP, u made me a st4r, with a short film on May 3.
Summer Walker is featured on the new Childish Gambino album ATAVISTA, which was released earlier this month. The album also features Young Nudy, 21 Savage, and Ariana Grande.
