50 Cent & Lionsgate Announce New TV Network

50 Cent’s television empire expands. On Thursday (August 1), the mogul launched a new network in partnership with Lionsgate

50 and Lionsgate launch “50 Cent Action,” a live TV FAST channel promising non-stop action, exclusive content, and popular movies and shows—all for free. 50 dropped several posts about the launch on Instagram. The first captioned, “Excited to officially announce my brand new Live TV FAST Channel created in partnership with Lionsgate, 50 CENT ACTION. Sign up now to stay in the loop and get the latest updates. You won’t want to miss this! Tap the link in bio for more info.”

Lionsgate supported 50 Cent’s Instagram post. Fans and celebrities flooded the comments with excitement. “Congrats,” commented actor Larenez Tate, who plays Rashad Tate on Power Book II: Ghost

The second Instagram post promotes upcoming original shows, captioned, “Coming soon this is the next wave, new original shows and stop playing, I’m not playing. GLG GreenLightGang.”

“Shh don’t tell nobody I’m working, it’s time to turn it up a notch 50centAction all platforms coming soon,” captioned 50 in a third post. 

With the launch of his new TV network, 50 Cent continues to evolve and expand his influence in the entertainment industry, balancing personal loss with professional growth. Details on the new platform have not been revealed. 

This announcement follows 50 Cent’s cover story with The Hollywood Reporter, where he discussed Drake, old beefs, Diddy, and more. Last week, 50 shared that he and Drake have plans to collaborate on future film and television projects. Drake has a history with television, including executive producing popular series Top Boy and Euphoria.
