50 Cent and Hurricane Chris feud continues as the mogul responds to the Louisiana rap star’s claim of being a “better rapper” than his nemesis.

The exchange began after the Shreveport, Louisiana rapper made comments during a VladTV interview about his state’s education system, saying, “Louisiana got the fourth worst ‘edunacational’ system in America.”

50 Cent responded to Chris’s claim with a clip from the VladTV interview of Hurricane mispronouncing a word on his social media. Mocking Chris’s mispronunciation. 50 captioned the post with a raised eyebrow and shrug emoji, writing, “This is what happens when the ‘edunacational’ system fails you in the 50 states of America. LOL.”

In response to this comment, Hurricane Chris challenged 50 to release new music simultaneously to see who is the superior rapper. He confidently stated that he could out-rap the Get Rich or Die Tryin’ artist, saying, “I will slaughter his a** with any type of musical sh*t you can think of.”

According to Chris, if both he and 50 Cent released a song today, his would be better. To prove his point, he suggested listeners check out the track he made with Boosie, titled “Murder,” claiming 50 couldn’t make music of the same caliber.

A decade after his last album, 50 Cent is still in high demand as a performer. Get Rich or Die Tryin’, 50’s debut album, was the highest-selling debut rap album ever in 2003. He continues to tour and perform catalog hits like “Candy Shop,” “Window Shopper,” and “In Da Club” today.

The tension between the two artists first arose after Hurricane Chris criticized 50 Cent for not booking local talent for his Humor & Harmony Weekend in Shreveport, Louisiana. Chris also took issue with 50 Cent spending $500,000 on security for the event, arguing that the funds would have been better spent supporting local youth.
