50 Cent has made it another year around the sun, and what better way to celebrate it than with celebrities and fans pouring out birthday wishes on social media? On Saturday (July 6), the Power creator turned 49-years-old. Celebrities like Will Smith, Nicki Minaj, Ludacris, Da Brat, and more offered a few kind words to help the rapper celebrate his special day.

“Yo Fif! @50cent I just had to drop in to wish you a happy birthday, man. Keep doing your thing and blessing the world with your talent and hustle. Here’s to another year of greatness. Enjoy your day, brother!” Will Smith wrote on X. Whereas Nicki Minaj used a sea of heart emojis, writing “Happy Birthday 50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

On Instagram, 50 Cent got just as much love, if not more. “HAPPY GDAY!! You and our SONshine @truelegendhd share the same born day!!!” Da Brat wrote under the rapper’s birthday post. Ludacris also chimed in writing, “HBD My Nig.” Power series star, Michael Rainey Jr., also offered Fif several good wishes. He referred to 50 as the “Best rapper ever,” and said he’s “one of the greatest to ever do it.” Rainey also described him as the “definition of a goat.” In other news, Fif and his G-Unit crew, are coming together to help with housing access to residents in Shreveport, LA.

A few weeks back, KTAL reported that the rapper and G-unit will purchase nearly two dozen properties throughout the city. The goal is to bring a “vibrant community” back to downtown Shreveport. Gerod Durden, a local real estate agent who’s working with Fif says this is a passion project for the rapper.“We’re looking at a grocery store in the immediate downtown Shreveport area,” Durden told the news outlet. He continued: “And those are ideas we’ve come up with together with the whole team and saying, ‘What can help the community?’”
