She’s back!
Songstress Amerie has fans excited after she teased some new music on Instagram. “This record is called ‘Undeniable’ and it’s just the very beginning,” said Amerie. “We just wrote it and just recorded it” she says while in the studio with renowned producer Troy Taylor.
She added, “That didn’t even take a long time actually.” She shared a sneak peak of the track and captioned it, “I’m back.”
“I COULD CRYYYYYYYYYYYYYY …. AMERIEEEEEEEEEE SUNSHINE WE NEED THIS AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU AND @troytaylorttu ARE WORKING ON NOW!!!!” reacted one fan. “Oh man!! I haven’t anticipated a return like this in FOREVER! Girl!! Thank you!” read another comment.
Some of Amerie’s R&B peers also jumped in the comments. “WHEN THE WORLD NEEDED HERRRRRR LETS GET IN THE STUDIOOOOOO” reacted Kehlani. “Let’s goooooo” commented Adrienne Bailon.
“We have so many ideas because we didn’t even know where to start. We just had to just start because Troy has so much great music and he actually made so much music just for me,” Amerie expressed.
“I’m a huge Amerie fan, seriously,” Taylor shared. “So, making sure she sounds still current without sounding dated, but just sounding classic. She don’t got to do nothing but sound like Amerie. For real.”
