Angel Reese has come to terms on a multiyear contract extension with Reebok, ESPN reports.

According to the deal, the Chicago Sky star forward will get her own signature shoe in 2026.

Jide Osifeso, Reebok’s head of basketball, expressed excitement in expanding the brand’s relationship with Reese.

“Reebok and Angel are growing together every day and our visions for the future are aligned,” Jide Osifeso, Reebok’s head of basketball, told ESPN. “We’re excited to continue the relationship with a ground-up build of her signature silhouette.”

The contract extension comes on the heels of Reese saying that her WNBA salary won’t cover her rent.

In her rookie campaign, Reese posted 13.6 points per game and a WNBA-record 13.1 rebounds. She compiled a rookie-record 26 double-doubles, including 15 in a row which is the longest streak in WNBA history.

“Hating pays them bills, baby. I just hope you know the WNBA doesn’t pay my bills at all,” Reese said. “I don’t even think that pays one of my bills. Literally, I’m trying to think of my rent for where I stay at. Let me do the math real quick. I don’t even know my [WNBA] salary. $74,000?”

“Babe, if y’all thought… That WNBA check don’t pay a thing. Did that even pay my car note?… I wouldn’t even be able to eat a sandwich with that,” she added. “I wouldn’t even be able to eat. I wouldn’t be able to live,” she continued.

Luckily, Reese is not solely reliant on her WNBA salary to make ends meet. The “Chi Barbie” has several lucrative endorsement deals with brands such as Reebok, Beats by Dre, Goldman Sachs, and Topps.

Recently, she launched her“Unapologetically Angel” podcast. The show has featured guests such as Dwyane Wade, Latto, Mariah The Scientist, Kayla Nicole, and more.
