Big Sean and Jhené Aiko shared a heartfelt moment on stage at Coachella when Jhené surprised the audience by bringing out her collaborator and partner, along with other artists like Omarion, Saweetie, and Tyga during her performance on Sunday night.
The couple, who are also parents to one-year-old Noah, performed their 2013 hit “Beware” together and sealed the performance with a kiss before Big Sean playfully smacked Jhené on the butt and exited the stage.
Outside of their music ventures, Big Sean recently made headlines with the announcement of his upcoming book, Go Higher. In an Instagram video shared earlier this month, the Detroit rapper revealed that the book will be released on October 8th.
In the video, he emphasized the book’s focus on five key practices for purpose, success, and inner peace, presenting an interactive guidebook aimed at helping individuals enhance their mental wellness and achieve their full potential.
In the video announcement, Big Sean expressed his deep connection to the project, reflecting on his upbringing and the influence of his family’s values on his personal development.
He emphasized the importance of following intuition, checking in with oneself mentally, and applying elevated thinking to daily life—a philosophy instilled in him by his family.
“These methods that I applied to my life are what got me to where I am today,” Big Sean shared. Drawing from his life experiences and philosophical insights gained over the years, he condensed his learnings into five strategies outlined in his book, aiming to guide readers in defining their own versions of success and discovering their purpose.
The book, which is currently available for pre-order, promises to be a culmination of Big Sean’s personal journey and insights, offering readers practical tools to navigate life’s challenges and pursue their aspirations with clarity and purpose.
