Bobby Shmurda Involved In Altercation With Promoter In London

Bobby Shmurda – best known for the hit song “Hot N—a” – was seen lashing out and attempting to strike a club promoter while performing at a London nightclub on Sunday (Feb.18) – according to a video sent to TMZ.

In the report, Shmurda, 29, and his entourage arrived at the Proud Cabaret nightclub at 4 AM local time, when he was scheduled to perform. After only performing two songs from his setlist, the rapper argued with the club promoter, and an altercation ensued. In the video, Bobby Shmurda is seen lunging from the stage to the crowd attempting to punch the promoter and spitting at a clubgoer.

Shmurda and his entourage eventually left the venue while no charges were filed and no injuries were reported. The club promoter had no comment on the altercation.

Shmurda has visited London frequently within the last six months. Ahead of the incident, Shmurda shared city sights on Instagram with his 5.5 million followers. He posted a repost from a fan at the Proud Cabaret, where he got into the altercation: “@ItsBobbyShmurda We got it lit regardless [diamond emoji]. F the haters!! #ShmurdddaaaGang.”

Shmurda is set to perform in London again this Thursday (Feb. 22) at the Trax Live.
