Cardi B is making her stance clear. The Bronx rapper, known for juggling a booming career, motherhood, and the occasional night out, recently addressed critics on Twitter Spaces who have questioned her frequent partying. Following her hints to slow down on nightlife, some fans expressed concern after seeing footage of her out in New York City. Responding to the backlash, Cardi explained her perspective and defended her choices as a mother and individual.
“Yesterday was my last day going out to party,” Cardi stated on Sunday, December 1st. She clarified that while she’s been enjoying herself lately, she plans to reserve nights out for special occasions moving forward. “We been partying hard honey, hard. Having a time, a ball. But let’s have this little talk,” she added, addressing the mixed reactions from fans.
Critics accused Cardi of being “always outside” and even suggested she was embracing a promiscuous lifestyle due to her partying. In response, she highlighted the double standards women face compared to men, who are often excused for excessive socializing after a breakup. “I’m not being a h*e because after I leave the club, I take this wet a** p***y to my f***ing bed with no d**k to give it to,” she asserted. “After you have a breakup, you have to just live a little bit.”
Cardi also reflected on her emotional state during her marriage, describing feeling “restricted” and untrue to herself. Going out, she explained, has helped her avoid reaching out to her ex and manage post-breakup emotions. “I balance it all. How do you expect women to heal over a heartbreak? That’s why we say our mothers cry so much,” she concluded, emphasizing her role as a “real provider” and her commitment to living authentically.
