Cardi B and Offset welcome a baby girl. “The prettiest lil thing 9/7/24..” Cardi captioned a series of pictures shared to Instagram.
Cardi previously revealed that she was expecting back in August. In her post, while announcing her pregnancy- she also revealed she would be divorcing Offset.
Cardi wrote, “With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power!” She added, “You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion! I love you so much and cannot wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish.”
The post continued: “what you pushed me to do! It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!”
Rumors hit the internet that Cardi may be naming her baby “Hurricane.” She, however, quickly shut that down.
On Sunday (Sept. 1), the “Bodak Yellow” rapper, responded to a now viral tweet. “Cardi shares ultrasound pic of baby ‘Hurricane,’” a fan page on X claimed.
“Who???” Cardi questioned in response.
