Cash Cobain and Laila! release a mega-mix to their single Problem.
The mix features hip-hop heavy-hitter’s including Fabolous, Big Sean, Kenzo B, Lay Bankz, Luh Tyler, Anycia, Chow Lee, Kaliii, 6lack, Flo Milli, YN Jay, FLEE, Don Q and Rob49.
The song “Problem”, is a remix of Laila!’s hit “Not My Problem.” Cash teased a remix of the viral song for Laila!’s SoundCloud beat challenge, which gained a lot of social media attention. In response- many artists began adding their verses to the beat. Take a listen to the 7-min track below.
Cash is also gearing up to release his long-awaited sophomore LP, Play Cash Cobain. The project drops on August 23rd.
During a previous interview, Cash says he prefers “quality over quantity” when it comes to music. “I don’t make hundreds of songs regularly,” he said. “I got to feel it for real. It’s more so quality over quantity. I feel like nowadays, it’s easy to make a song that’s regular or mediocre. A song that’s gon be like, ‘Eh, it’s all right.’ If I’m not going to my go-to, like even now, that new flow, whatever flow that is that I got, that go-to flow, if I’m not doing that, I try to do something different.”
He continued: “I want to bring something different to the table, for sure. I don’t want to just keep making the same songs.”
