Chris Brown and Yella Beezy are entangled in controversy amid their “11:11” Tour.
According to TMZ, four fans are taking Breezy, Beezy, and a member of their crew to court over an alleged backstage brawl that took place at Brown’s Fort Worth show on Saturday (July 20). Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell claim they were invited backstage, only to face a beatdown orchestrated by Brown himself.
The lawsuit outlines that Bush greeted Brown, initially shaking hands, before someone from Brown’s crew shouted, “Man, you don’t remember you two were beefing?” Brown allegedly replied, “Oh yeah, we were. What’s up, n*gga? I don’t forget shit,” and then directed his crew to attack Bush, even hurling a chair at his head.
The chaos didn’t stop there. Brown allegedly told Beezy and others to “fuck up” Parker, who says he endured over ten minutes of punches and kicks. The plaintiffs claim they suffered serious injuries requiring ongoing medical treatment, with one still hospitalized, according to their attorney, Tony Buzbee.
Last month, Chris Brown kicked off his “11:11” tour with a bang in Detroit, quipping to the sold-out crowd following an uptick in chatter surrounding his cancellation of sorts. “For a n-gga they say is blackballed, this don’t look blackballed to me!”
The show was a high-octane spectacle, complete with an epic Michael Jackson voiceover, the return of the fan-favorite rotating platform, and Chris Brown soaring over the crowd on wires, leaving fans absolutely thrilled. Concertgoers jammed to a mix of classic hits and fresh tracks, with the internet buzzing with praise over his killer performance skills.
The 26-city tour will hit remaining stops in Denver, Seattle, Sacramento, Oakland, Las Vegas, and Phoenix, before wrapping up in Los Angeles in August. R&B singers Muni Long and Ayra Starr will join as special guests on select dates.
Regarding the allegations, Chris Brown has not yet responded.
