DaBaby recently poked fun at Diddy with what he called a “freaky” baby oil stunt. On September 23rd, a video surfaced showing DaBaby filming a music video with some unusual props. In the clip, the “Suge” rapper pours several bottles of baby oil on the ground before joking with his cameraman, “Gotta make sure nobody watching from they balconies. They’ll be like, ‘Yo, this n-gga on some freaky shit, boy!’”

Despite the joke, DaBaby has previously spoken about Diddy’s admiration for him. During an appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s *Club Shay Shay* podcast earlier this year, DaBaby shared a story. He talked about being at a party at Diddy’s Los Angeles home in early 2020. “Diddy had put everybody else out the crib, but he had took a liking to me in particular around the time, and he was really putting his arm around me,” DaBaby explained. He added that while most guests were asked to leave, Diddy allowed him to stay. A select few, including JAY-Z and Beyoncé, were also permitted to remain.

The baby oil reference points to Diddy’s alleged “freak offs,” a central part of the charges in his sex trafficking and racketeering case. The 54-year-old music mogul is accused of abusing women for over a decade. He allegedly forced them into sexual encounters with male prostitutes while he watched and recorded. During raids on Diddy’s properties earlier this year, authorities reportedly seized footage of these events. They also found over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant. Diddy, who pleaded not guilty, faces multiple charges, including transportation to engage in prostitution, and has been denied bail.

DaBaby isn’t the only one joking about Diddy’s stash of baby oil. In early September, 50 Cent took a jab at Diddy. He wrote on Instagram, “Here I am keeping good company with @thedrewbarrymoreshow and I don’t have 1,000 bottles of lube at the house.”
