Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been sued for sexual assault by Danity Kane member Dawn Richard.

In a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Richard claims Diddy was physically and sexually abusive to her throughout her time working for him.

Richard says she began to notice Diddy’s behavior when she auditioned for his 2004 reality series Making The Band. She says Diddy referred to the women as “fat,” “ugly,” “b**ches” and “h*es” during auditions.

Richard alleges that the music mogul allegedly forced her to rehearse for 48 hours, sometimes without sleep. She says on one occasion Diddy “demanded she come to his Miami home.”

When she arrived, he allegedly was not wearing underwear. “This is my f**king house!” he allegedly yelled at her.

The singer says she also witnessed Diddy attempting to strangle his ex-girlfriend, Cassie. She says when she attempted to intervene- Diddy began shouting, “Y’all b*****s don’t get in my relationship,” he allegedly said. “Don’t tell my b***h what she need to be doing… Just make money and shut the f**k up… I end artists… I shelve career … You could be missing… You b*****s want to die today.”

We previously reported that Diddy responded to the disturbing video footage from CNN, that shows him physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. In a new Instagram post, the disgraced mogul apologized for his behavior. “It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you gotta do that,” he began. The superstar and hitmaker claims he was not himself: “I mean I hit rock bottom. But I make no excuses.”

Diddy added, “My behavior on the video was inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.” He continues: “I was disgusted then when I did it, I’m disgusted now. I went and sought professional help, had to go to therapy, rehab. Had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry- I’m committed to being a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness- I’m truly sorry.”
