DDG steps in and stops Usher from feeding Halle Bailey a cherry.

While at the ‘Past Present Future’ tour, Usher is serenading the crowd and kneels down with the intent of putting a cherry in Halle’s mouth. Her boyfriend, DDG, quickly steps in and blocks that interaction.

DDG captioned the now viral video, “Usher tried to give Halle a cherry in front of me,” along with three laughing emojis. “AHT AHT he was so smooth with it !” commented one fan. “Usher think he slicker than baby oil ain’t it DDG said Aht aht” reacted another.

Baby halo:

The couple gave birth to their first child Halo in Jan, 2024.

“Halo is a miracle. He is perfect. He is beautiful. When I look at him, I cry because of how special he is” Halle explains. “The only thing that’s been hard for me is feeling normal in my own body. I feel like a completely different person when I look in the mirror. I just feel like I’m in a whole new body, and I don’t know who I am.”

Halle has been candid about how postpartum depression has affected her. In a Snapchat video earlier this year, she said, “I have severe, severe postpartum [depression], and I don’t know if any new moms can relate, but it’s to the point where it’s really bad, and it’s hard for me to be separated from my baby for more than 30 minutes at a time before I start to kind of freak out.”

Motherhood has profoundly affected Halle. She shared, “The only thing that’s been hard for me is feeling normal in my own body. I feel like a completely different person when I look in the mirror. I just feel like I’m in a whole new body, and I don’t know who I am.” She emphasized that her struggles are personal, saying, “It has nothing to do with my baby. It has everything to do with me and who I am right now.”
